What exactly is EWOT?
Exercise with Oxygen Therapy was invented by Manfred von Ardenne, physicist, researcher, and inventor, EWOT is simply the process of exercising while breathing oxygen. Through his research, Ardenne found that stress of any kind can cause a decrease in the ability to absorb oxygen into the blood which leads to less oxygen to the tissues. EWOT increases the amount of oxygen in the blood and plasma as well as in the tissues, and this increase can reverse the degenerative process. As more oxygen makes its way to the tissues, numerous health benefits may occur and various systems in the body become stronger and more supported.

Why oxygen during exercise?
The air we breathe is only compromised of 21% oxygen. Exercising with oxygen boosts the total amount we take in, leading to an array of health benefits.
